Role Overview

You'll operate as an independent real estate agent, building and growing your client base while delivering exceptional service in the South Houston market. This 1099 role offers the autonomy to shape your own business, the flexibility to manage your schedule, and the backing of Quickenloans' systems and support team to help you thrive.

Core Duties

• Consult with buyers and sellers to understand their real estate needs and goals
• Show properties to prospective buyers and guide them through the decision-making process
• List residential properties and develop strategic marketing plans to attract qualified buyers
• Negotiate offers, terms, and closing conditions on behalf of your clients
• Manage the transaction lifecycle from initial contact through final closing
• Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business and referrals
• Stay current with South Houston market trends, pricing, and inventory
• Utilize real estate technology platforms and CRM tools to organize leads and track deals

Qualifications

• Valid Texas real estate license (or ability to obtain one)
• Proven track record in sales or customer relationship management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor
• Familiarity with real estate software, databases, and digital marketing tools
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn the South Houston real estate market
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
