Our talent team is seeking professionals who actively use QuickBooks to participate in remote video interviews. Your practical experience will help our client understand real-world accounting workflows, operational challenges, and software integration patterns across mid-sized organizations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a remote video interview discussing your typical accounting workflows
• Walk through your daily and weekly tasks using QuickBooks for financial management
• Describe specific processes for revenue reporting, data entry, and reconciliation
• Explain current pain points, bottlenecks, and workarounds in your software setup
• Discuss how your finance or sales team collaborates using financial tools and systems
• React to common software scenarios and share your preferred methods for handling them

What We're Looking For

• Professional experience in accounting, finance, or sales operations roles
• Hands-on, current experience using QuickBooks for daily business workflows
• Direct experience managing financial processes at companies with 10 to 500 employees
• Comfort level discussing detailed financial processes and software preferences
• Ability to articulate specific module usage and integration points within QuickBooks
• Current employment at a mid-sized organization where you actively use financial software
• Relevant titles include staff accountant, finance manager, sales operations specialist, or corporate controller
