About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization seeking a Supplier Research Specialist to join their remote team. This full-time permanent position focuses on identifying, vetting, and establishing relationships with international suppliers for electronics products. You'll work from home while collaborating with procurement teams to secure competitive pricing and reliable partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify authorized suppliers for specific product brands in the electronics space
• Source contact information and initiate outreach via email, phone, and professional networking platforms
• Negotiate pricing and terms with international suppliers to meet procurement targets
• Manage supplier documentation and maintain accurate records throughout the sign-up process
• Conduct regular follow-ups to advance supplier relationships and achieve a 20% or higher conversion rate
• Coordinate with internal procurement teams to ensure timely purchasing and fulfillment
• Track and report on supplier research activities and outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3+ years of proven experience in supplier research, specifically within Amazon marketplace environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport across cultures and time zones
• Strong negotiation abilities and persistence in closing deals
• Skilled at conducting thorough online research to identify potential partners
• Self-motivated with the determination to follow up consistently until objectives are met
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
