LCSW, LPC, LMFT or LMHC with Maternal Mental Health experience – 1099 Remote Con

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential telehealth organization specializing in women's behavioral health. We're seeking licensed mental health therapists with maternal mental health experience to provide virtual individual therapy on a flexible 1099 contract basis.

This is a fully remote position available across multiple states in the United States. You'll work with an underserved population during critical life stages including perinatal periods, early parenting, and perimenopause/menopause transitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting
• Utilize evidence-based clinical models to treat depression, anxiety, and related mental health conditions
• Participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive ongoing support
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records
• Work within a flexible schedule that you control, including potential evening and weekend availability

What We're Looking For

• Active independent license as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or psychologist
• Minimum 1 year of experience in women's mental health with focus on maternal mental health and/or perimenopause
• Previous experience providing telehealth services
• Strong preference for candidates holding multi-state licenses, particularly in: AZ, DC, CA, KY, MD, NC, NV, NJ, OH, TN, TX, and/or VA
• Proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and technology tools
• Empathetic listener with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort working in a dynamic, early-stage environment
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
