Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Supply Chain Director. Our client is building a world-class supply chain go-to-market team and needs regional supply chain subject matter experts to drive growth in their supply chain planning business. This is a remote opportunity based in the United States.

We're seeking highly motivated self-starters who want to build something significant in a fast-growing environment. You'll have the chance to shape strategy, enable teams, and work directly with product leadership on roadmap execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to map supply chain stakeholders and identify supply chain planning opportunities across account portfolios
• Lead account-level strategy sessions to prioritize accounts with the highest supply chain potential
• Serve as the domain authority on strategic supply chain planning pursuits, owning discovery, solution framing, and executive engagement
• Train, certify, and enable partners to co-sell supply chain solutions independently
• Build repeatable sales plays and collateral that partners can execute without SME support
• Differentiate our client's platform versus supply chain planning-specific point solutions in competitive situations
• Drive pipeline generation within your region alongside AEs and partners
• Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting for supply chain planning-specific opportunities
• Define success criteria and support proof-of-value scoping in partnership with Solutions Consultants and Account Executives
• Contribute to shared targets alongside the broader supply chain team

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in a dedicated supply chain specialist, overlay, or field sales capacity
• Proven success selling or enabling the sale of Supply Chain Planning solutions with a track record of driving revenue
• Hands-on experience with one or more leading supply chain planning platforms (o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, or similar)
• Deep experience selling into or operating within Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, or Manufacturing industries
• Understanding of supply chain planning pain points, planning processes, KPIs, and stakeholder dynamics unique to these sectors
• Proven track record of working directly alongside field sales and partner teams to generate and close revenue
• Executive presence with comfort presenting to VP and C-level supply chain leaders as a domain peer
• Ability to shape deal strategy, build business cases, and move opportunities through complex enterprise sales cycles
• Enablement mindset with satisfaction derived from helping AEs, partners, and customers succeed
• Self-starter capable of building pipeline and structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Collaborative nature, motivated by shared goals and team outcomes
