Advisory Marketing Leader (Portugal)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization seeking an Advisory Marketing Leader for a fractional engagement based in Portugal. Our client is in a high-growth phase and needs a hands-on marketing professional to drive their enterprise demand generation engine. This is a part-time, short-term contract reporting directly to executive leadership.

As their recruiting partner, Get A Job.ai is seeking a tactical marketing leader who can step in immediately and take ownership of the enterprise pipeline while managing the existing marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for creating, tracking, and accelerating the enterprise sales pipeline from MQL through SQL to closed revenue
• Directly manage and lead the internal marketing team, establishing clear KPIs and removing operational roadblocks
• Design, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns targeting high-value enterprise accounts
• Partner closely with Sales leadership to refine GTM alignment, optimize Account-Based Marketing playbooks, and support strategic selling initiatives
• Deliver clear, metrics-driven reporting to executive leadership with focus on pipeline ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates
• Shield executive leadership from day-to-day marketing operational details while maintaining strategic alignment

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record as an early marketing leader or key growth driver at a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS company
• Verifiable experience building pipeline for enterprise-level buyers with annual contract values of $100k or higher
• Deep understanding of complex enterprise buying committees and how to penetrate them effectively
• Strong "doer" mentality—you must be highly tactical and willing to execute directly on campaigns, copy, data analysis, and execution
• Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce), ABM orchestration tools, and intent data platforms
• Experience staying with a high-growth organization long enough to see the compounding results of your strategies
• Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with sales and executive teams
