About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization based in the Netherlands. This is a fractional, part-time contract engagement for an enterprise marketing professional who can take immediate ownership of demand generation and pipeline acceleration.

This is not a strategic consulting role. Our client needs a hands-on marketing leader who will step in, manage the existing team, and personally drive enterprise pipeline creation while working directly with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of enterprise pipeline creation, tracking, and velocity from marketing qualified leads through to sales pipeline value
• Directly manage and lead the internal marketing team, establishing clear KPIs and removing execution roadblocks
• Design, build, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns targeting high-value enterprise accounts
• Partner closely with sales leadership to align go-to-market efforts, refine account-based marketing strategies, and support complex sales cycles
• Deliver executive-level reporting focused on pipeline ROI, customer acquisition costs, and conversion metrics
• Hands-on execution including campaign development, copywriting, data analysis, and tactical implementation

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated track record as an early marketing leader or growth driver at a scaling B2B SaaS company, with proven long-term impact
• Verifiable experience generating enterprise pipeline for buyers with six-figure annual contract values
• Experience navigating complex buying committees and enterprise sales cycles
• Tactical, execution-focused mindset—you build campaigns, analyze data, and drive results personally rather than only delegating
• Deep hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (particularly Salesforce), ABM orchestration tools, and intent data platforms
• Ability to work remotely and report directly to executive leadership
• Based in or authorized to work in the Netherlands
