Senior GTM Engineering Analyst

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential cybersecurity organization in their search for a Senior GTM Engineering Analyst. This remote role is open to candidates across Canada and the United States who are passionate about building AI-powered solutions that transform how go-to-market teams operate.

In this position, you'll develop artificial intelligence agents, data products, and automated workflows that enable Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, and Channel teams to work faster and make smarter decisions. You'll connect data across business systems, eliminate manual processes, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

This role reports to the Director of GTM Engineering within Revenue Operations. Note that all go-to-market roles require in-person onboarding in Toronto.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI agents that automate tasks such as call summaries, deal briefings, customer follow-up drafting, account prioritization, and deal health alerts
• Design and maintain data tables and scheduled analysis workflows that integrate information from CRM, conversation intelligence platforms, and other go-to-market systems
• Create reports, automated alerts, and weekly leadership briefs for sales management
• Redesign sales and revenue operations processes to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Experience, Channel, and Revenue Operations stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
• Document current go-to-market workflows, identify data quality and efficiency improvement opportunities, and support better decision-making
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for quality, accuracy, privacy compliance, and appropriate guardrails; track adoption metrics and refine workflows based on user feedback and performance data

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, sales operations, data analysis, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience building AI agents or workflows powered by large language models (LLMs) that have been deployed in production business environments
• Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of statistics to identify meaningful patterns and separate signal from noise
• Track record of documenting and improving business processes with focus on automation and better decision-making

Preferred qualifications:

• Python experience for building automations, working with APIs, and integrating systems
• Familiarity with go-to-market technology such as Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, or business intelligence platforms
• Experience supporting channel or partner sales models, multi-region operations, or quantitative academic background (science, engineering, statistics, mathematics)

This is a remote-first role with occasional travel for team offsites, quarterly meetings, and customer events across Canada, the USA, and EMEA.

Pay

USA-based candidates: $113,000 USD to $158,000 USD base salary, plus equity, benefits (health, dental, 401k, generous PTO), and participation in applicable incentive programs.

Canada-based candidates: $105,000 CAD to $147,000 CAD base salary, plus equity, benefits (health, dental, RRSP, generous PTO), and participation in applicable incentive programs.

Compensation is determined by fair market value, internal equity, experience, and specific skill set.
