Senior Product Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B marketplace platform in Berlin for a Senior Product Manager role. In this position, you will own an end-to-end product area measured by concrete business outcomes, not feature delivery.

• Take full ownership of a product area from problem identification through solution design, launch, and measurement
• Drive conversion optimization throughout the buyer journey—identify drop-off points, form hypotheses, and prove impact through experimentation
• Build and manage API integrations with partners across financing, logistics, and services from technical specification to rollout
• Steer product-side partnerships: evaluate which integrations drive volume, lead discussions, and ensure execution
• Collaborate directly with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Operations to ensure data-driven decision-making
• Define KPIs for your area, track them independently, and derive next priorities from the data

What We're Looking For

• 4–6 years of product management experience in a digital B2B marketplace, platform, or e-commerce environment
• Proven track record in conversion optimization with concrete examples of changes made and results achieved
• Experience with API integrations—you understand how systems communicate and can spec alongside engineering teams
• Experience managing product-side partnerships including selection, negotiation, technical integration, and follow-through
• Strong analytical skills: you work with data directly rather than requesting it, and make decisions based on evidence
• Problem-solving initiative: you identify issues before they land on your desk and resolve them independently
• Communication strength: you make complex topics understandable for engineering, business stakeholders, and leadership alike
• German at C2 level and business-fluent English
• Solid experience with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence
• AI-forward working style—active use of tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot in daily work

Bonus qualifications:

• Experience with checkout, payment, or financing flows (e.g., BNPL)
• Background in automotive or risk management contexts
