Our talent team is representing a confidential e-commerce organization expanding across Europe. We are seeking a mid-level professional with a strong analytical and commercial background to lead high-impact projects in Düsseldorf. This role offers genuine ownership—you will identify opportunities, build solutions end-to-end, and drive measurable business results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and analytical projects from strategy through execution, delivering tangible business outcomes
• Identify growth opportunities and build data-driven solutions using advanced analytical tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple European markets
• Own problem-solving end-to-end—not just creating presentations, but implementing real solutions
• Work at pace in a high-performance environment, testing ideas, learning quickly, and iterating
• Communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to stakeholders in German and English

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Econometrics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• 2-5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, private equity, investment banking, retail, or e-commerce with hands-on deal experience
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, or enthusiasm to develop these skills rapidly
• Fluency in both German and English
• Entrepreneurial mindset with out-of-the-box thinking and a hands-on, results-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently, move quickly, and deliver in ambiguous environments
