Analytics – Future Leaders Graduate Program

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing tech-driven organization in the retail sector for a graduate analytics role based in Hamburg. This is a one-year structured program designed to accelerate ambitious graduates into high-impact business roles from day one.

You will join a business team immediately, own a critical topic end-to-end, and drive measurable outcomes across consumer strategy or logistics operations. This is not a rotation program—you will build deep expertise in one domain while expanding your scope as your impact grows.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-critical projects from conception through execution in either consumer analytics (pricing, market expansion, supplier strategy) or logistics analytics (demand forecasting, route optimization, fulfilment operations)
• Build solutions independently using Python, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint—moving beyond presentations to implementing real technical solutions
• Identify business opportunities through data analysis and own the outcome end-to-end
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple European countries to scale solutions
• Develop advanced skills in project management, stakeholder communication, storytelling, and feedback processes
• Take increasing responsibility as your initial projects mature, either scaling existing work or tackling new challenges within your domain

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in a quantitative field (mathematics, econometrics, engineering, or similar disciplines) or demonstrable equivalent technical experience
• Basic working knowledge of PowerPoint, Python, SQL, and Excel (or alternative coding languages)
• Track record in high-performance environments such as consulting, fast-growth startups, or competitive internships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with evidence of building or improving something without being asked—whether a project, product, or initiative
• Builder mentality: hands-on, curious, and driven to challenge assumptions with practical solutions
• EU citizenship or valid EU work permit required
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
• Availability to start September–December 2026 (flexible arrangement possible)

Location: Full-time in Hamburg with periodic travel to other European offices
