Unser Mandant, ein schnell wachsendes Unternehmen im Logistikbereich, sucht Unterstützung für sein Talent-Acquisition-Team. In dieser Werkstudententätigkeit arbeitest du eng mit erfahrenen Recruitern zusammen und hilfst dabei, qualifizierte Kandidaten zu identifizieren und anzusprechen.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
- Anforderungsanalyse: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Recruitern und internen Stakeholdern, um die Anforderungen offener Vakanzen zu verstehen
- Candidate Sourcing: Recherche und Ansprache potenzieller Kandidaten durch die Nutzung von LinkedIn Search und anderen Suchtechniken
- Talentpipeline-Aufbau: Mitarbeit an Strategien zum Aufbau langfristiger Talentpipelines
- Ideenentwicklung: Einbringung eigener Ideen und Impulse zur Verbesserung der Recruiting-Prozesse
Der Umfang beträgt idealerweise 20 Stunden pro Woche, mit zwei Tagen Anwesenheit im Büro in Hamburg.
Was wir suchen
- Laufendes Studium der Psychologie, HR Management, BWL oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtungen (Ende Bachelor oder Anfang Master)
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Active Sourcing und Recruiting oder die Motivation, sich in diese Bereiche einzuarbeiten
- Ambitionierte Persönlichkeit mit Eigeninitiative
- Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Teamplayer mit ausgeprägten organisatorischen Fähigkeiten und Liebe zum Detail
- Bereitschaft, zwei Tage pro Woche im Büro in Hamburg zu arbeiten
