About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization seeking a Facets Consulting Manager (Claims & Benefits) to join their team. This is a remote, full-time position based in Springfield, Sangamon County.

Our client works with healthcare payer organizations to optimize claims and benefits operations. In this role, you will leverage your deep Facets expertise to drive business process transformation and deliver strategic consulting services that make a measurable impact on their clients' operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements focused on Facets claims and benefits optimization for healthcare payer clients
• Drive business process transformation initiatives within claims administration and benefits management
• Provide strategic consulting and technical expertise on Facets system capabilities and best practices
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities and implement solutions
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and client relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Mentor team members and contribute to the development of consulting methodologies

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience with TriZetto Facets platform in a consulting or implementation capacity
• Deep expertise in claims processing and benefits administration within healthcare payer environments
• Proven track record in a consulting manager or senior consulting role
• Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations, workflows, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
• Experience leading business process improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
