Werkstudent Projekt-, Asset- und Kostenmanagement – Bereich Real Estate (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential real estate organization with operations across Germany. Our talent team is searching for a working student to support project, asset, and cost management activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international environment while completing your master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project, planning, and construction meetings to coordinate activities
• Provide operational support to service departments and actively contribute to project, asset, and cost management initiatives
• Prepare and update project schedules using MS Project
• Create cost reports and assist with cost tracking and controlling
• Support the review and verification of quotations and invoices from planners and executing companies

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a master's program in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
• Initial relevant experience through internships, working student positions, or thesis work in project management
• Strong interest in project, asset, and/or cost management
• Structured, conscientious, and results-oriented working style
• Enthusiasm for working in international teams
• Communicative personality with fluent German and very good English language skills
