Recruiter (Talent Acquisition, LinkedIn Recruiter & ATS) – Remote

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential organization in their search for a Recruiter to manage full-cycle talent acquisition remotely from Colombia. This hands-on role requires strong sourcing capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and experience building candidate pipelines across multiple business functions.

You'll partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, conduct structured interviews, and coordinate the entire hiring process from initial outreach through onboarding. This position requires working during U.S. business hours with flexibility for candidate availability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and recruitment priorities
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other platforms
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines using Boolean search techniques and outbound outreach
• Conduct structured phone and video interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and prepare candidates for each stage
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely responses and clear expectations
• Prepare and present employment offers, supporting negotiations professionally
• Manage hiring workflows within ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, or iCIMS
• Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness
• Coordinate pre-onboarding activities and maintain communication through the onboarding process
• Share hiring insights and market feedback with leadership

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or staffing
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards
• Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Expertise in Boolean search techniques and outbound sourcing
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agency or high-volume recruiting experience
• Experience hiring for SaaS, finance, professional services, or operations roles
• Knowledge of employment laws, hiring compliance, and recruitment analytics
• Experience mentoring recruiters or improving recruiting processes
