Deal Desk Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Deal Desk Manager to serve as the strategic partner between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams. This role is essential to coordinating pricing, managing complex multi-product bundling, and ensuring scalable commercial processes across global selling regions.

As our client continues to expand their product portfolio, this position will be critical in structuring deals that meet business objectives, maintain pricing standards, and progress efficiently through approval workflows. You'll manage a Deal Desk team while driving productive communication with global sales organizations through structured cadences and clearly defined SLAs.

This is a remote position based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial partner to Sales, Legal, Finance, and Renewal teams, providing expert guidance on pricing, discounting, and deal structure across all product lines
• Review, structure, and approve complex proposals, quotes, and order forms while acting as the escalation point for advanced approvals between Sales and cross-functional teams
• Lead regular commercial cadences including weekly deal strategy calls and quarter-end war rooms to ensure visibility and drive timely closure
• Establish and enforce Deal Desk Service Level Agreements to ensure predictable deal flow and timely support to field teams
• Review contract terms for accuracy and alignment with policy and revenue recognition guidelines, supporting enterprise commercial proposals and complex deal modeling
• Maintain and improve pricing calculators, quoting templates, and CPQ processes while partnering with enablement to train Sales on pricing updates and commercial processes
• Ensure CRM accuracy for opportunities and quotes to support reliable forecasting and audit processes related to discounting and deal compliance

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 5-8+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Pricing, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations
• Demonstrated ability to structure and model complex multi-product offerings and large enterprise deals
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills with proven cross-functional results
• Strong understanding of legal and financial terms related to commercial contracts, including revenue recognition
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and CPQ systems for pricing and quoting workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the SaaS industry with enterprise B2B software sales
• Familiarity with global or multi-regional sales organizations and commercial governance across different selling regions
