US – Commercial Operations Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization that is experiencing rapid growth in the U.S. market. Our talent team is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to join their expanding operations. This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States.

In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of commercial contract execution, managing high-volume agreement workflows while maintaining system integrity across CRM platforms. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure seamless contract lifecycle management and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, Order Forms, and amendments
• Serve as primary point of contact for contract intake, triaging complex legal edits to counsel and financial discrepancies to Finance operations
• Maintain meticulous record-keeping within CRM systems, ensuring metadata accuracy for expiration dates, auto-renewal clauses, and financial obligations
• Act as internal Salesforce administrator, maintaining customer accounts, opportunities, and contract data as single source of truth
• Execute customer and opportunity management tasks within Salesforce
• Identify bottlenecks in intake-to-execution pipeline and implement system enhancements or automated workflows to reduce turnaround time
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking operational metrics such as contract cycle times, bottleneck stages, and contract volumes by territory
• Generate monthly and quarterly reports highlighting upcoming contract expirations, renewals, opt-out deadlines, and price-escalation triggers

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in contract operations, legal operations, procurement, or commercial deal desk operations
• Preferably experience in high-growth tech or SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce
• Strong foundational understanding of standard commercial legal terms including indemnification, limitation of liability, termination for convenience, and data privacy
• Exceptional proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with ability to analyze contract data, construct pivot tables, and present actionable insights
• Proven track record managing competing priorities across Sales, Legal, and Finance teams
• Highly organized with ability to independently lead process-improvement projects from concept to completion
