Senior Technical Service Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology infrastructure organization in Hamburg, and we're seeking a Senior Technical Service Manager to join their team. In this role, you will:

• Own escalation and incident management, ensuring structured resolution of technical disruptions
• Provide technical and strategic consulting, analyzing complex issues and developing appropriate solutions
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and maintain clear, reliable communication across teams
• Manage customer relationships and solution delivery, guiding matters through to sustainable resolution
• Ensure technical quality and reliable service support delivery
• Contribute to the evolution and improvement of products and services
• Independently prioritize technical escalations and make informed decisions within your scope of responsibility
• Convene and facilitate cross-functional incident meetings as needed
• Initiate technical immediate actions within defined support processes
• Recommend appropriate changes to sustainably improve operational stability and quality
• Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to established service processes

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT service, IT operations, or a customer-facing IT environment
• Strong technical understanding of complex IT systems
• Confident and persuasive communication skills with proven facilitation abilities
• Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented thinking
• High degree of customer and service orientation
• Willingness to travel to support customers and projects on-site
• German language proficiency required for this Hamburg-based position
