Presales Engineer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fraud intelligence organization with global operations. Our client is seeking a Presales Engineer to join their team in Spain. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor to enterprise clients, driving proof-of-concept implementations and providing white-glove service throughout the sales cycle and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end proof-of-concept implementations as the technical single point of contact, including integration and onboarding
• Deliver customized product demonstrations tailored to client use cases, working alongside sales counterparts to showcase platform capabilities
• Provide technical consultancy and solution design for clients during pre-sales, post-sales, and renewal processes
• Serve as the technical face of the organization to maintain and strengthen client relationships built on trust and value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical challenges promptly and professionally
• Conduct regular technical account reviews, product training sessions, and on-site client visits
• Assist clients in optimizing their implementations to ensure long-term success and maximum value realization
• Advocate for product adoption by identifying opportunities where solutions can better align with client needs
• Partner with product and engineering teams to manage client feature requests and prioritization

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of total professional experience, with at least 3 years in client-facing presales engineering, sales engineering, or support engineering roles within B2B enterprise software, SaaS, payments, or mobile industries
• Hands-on experience or strong knowledge in HTTP, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and SQL
• Proven track record driving integrations and serving as a single point of contact for POC delivery
• Experience with SDK implementation is a plus
• Strong customer focus with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
• Dedication to client satisfaction while maintaining organizational integrity
