About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential recreational vehicle rental organization seeking an experienced RV Technician to join their team in Toulouse. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic fleet and support multiple rental locations across your region.
Responsibilities
- Ensure road safety and technical compliance of recreational vehicles across assigned stations
- Supervise and support multiple rental locations within your region
- Perform independent minor repairs and maintenance on camper vehicles
- Train station teams to handle basic repairs and maintenance tasks themselves
- Share responsibility for the technical condition of the vehicle fleet
- Contribute actively to workplace improvements and propose new ideas for operational efficiency
- Travel periodically between locations as needed
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training as an automotive mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, or similar qualification in the automotive sector
- Strong technical knowledge across different vehicle brands and models
- Hands-on mechanical skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- High level of flexibility and willingness to travel between stations
- Fluent French and good working knowledge of English
- Proactive mindset with enthusiasm for continuous improvement
