Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and sales objectives for the Little Rock market
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare providers, office staff, and key decision-makers within your assigned geography
• Educate HCPs on clinical data, product value, and appropriate patient identification through compliant, high-quality presentations
• Drive product adoption and utilization among targeted prescribers treating hypertension and related comorbidities
• Analyze territory trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
• Partner with customers to address barriers to patient access and support product pull-through
• Collaborate with cross-functional field partners including reimbursement managers and regional leadership
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and territory reporting
• Provide market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive updates to internal stakeholders
• Operate with integrity and full compliance with all industry regulations and company policies

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience preferred; other relevant sales experience considered
• Specialty sales experience in cardiometabolic therapeutic areas preferred
• Prior commercial launch experience preferred
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships
• Strong clinical acumen with ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced launch environments
• Customer-focused, relationship-driven approach with high accountability
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 60% within territory
• Adaptable and resilient with collaborative, team-oriented attitude
