Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential AI-driven staffing organization based in Berlin that is transforming how flexible talent connects with opportunity. As Technical Product Manager, you will translate concrete problems from customers, workers, and internal teams into solutions that prove themselves in real-world use and scale through processes, software, and AI.

You will own the problem-to-solution journey, working hands-on with data, prototypes, automations, and product specifications. You'll bridge business teams and engineering from initial problem understanding through production deployment, ensuring the organization builds less irrelevant software and deploys successful solutions faster across the enterprise.

  • Analyze key customer, candidate, and operations processes including their system and data flows
  • Identify and prioritize the largest product levers with clear baselines, targets, and decision paths
  • Conduct funnel analyses and product analytics as the foundation for decisions
  • Develop functional prototypes and test with real users across matching, self-service, campaign management, and operations
  • Translate validated ideas into concise PRDs, acceptance criteria, and measurable product chunks for engineering
  • Own QA and success measurement from identified problem to validated pilot within weeks
  • Convert recurring manual workflows into reusable processes, automations, and technical components
  • Deploy LLMs, AI workflows, low-code tools, and simple scripts in practical applications
  • Build solutions transferable to new markets and acquired companies without rebuilding from scratch

What We're Looking For

  • Several years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Operations, Solution Design, or comparable hands-on product role
  • Strong capability in process analysis, product discovery, prototyping, short PRDs, acceptance criteria, QA, and success measurement
  • Technical understanding of APIs, data models, integrations, system logic, and architecture trade-offs
  • Data competency in product analytics, funnel analyses, and basic SQL queries
  • Practical experience with LLMs, AI workflows, low-code tools, and simple scripts for prototypes and automations
  • Experience with CRM and automation systems such as HubSpot or comparable platforms
  • Business-fluent German (C1/C2) and English (C1), both written and spoken
  • Interest in growth trajectory potentially leading to Product Lead responsibilities
