Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital transformation consultancy seeking a Senior Project Lead to take full ownership of complex digitalization initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Lead end-to-end responsibility for sophisticated transformation projects—spanning planning, structuring, implementation, and stabilization
• Translate strategic objectives into concrete, measurable outcomes while maintaining oversight of budget, quality, and impact
• Engage and align stakeholders up to C-level through clarity, conviction, and professional presence
• Direct cross-functional teams with structure and priority-setting, maintaining composure during uncertain phases
• Develop client relationships strategically and build sustainable, profitable follow-on business
• Work regularly on-site with clients as projects require, building deep business understanding and trusted partnerships

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience leading complex digitalization, IT, or transformation projects—ideally in a consulting environment
• Holistic thinking that recognizes connections between culture, organization, processes, and technology, with solid understanding of software and digital products
• Structured analytical skills to assess complex situations and develop tailored, viable solutions
• Confident executive presence with persuasive communication skills in both German and English; ability to remain clear and firm when facing resistance
• Balance of assertiveness and empathy to win people over to change; experience with agile methodologies or SAFe is advantageous
• Entrepreneurial accountability and track record of driving complex digitalization projects to measurable results
• Willingness to travel regularly for on-site client work as projects demand
