Senior Sales Engineer – MENA

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization that operates a leading fraud prevention and compliance platform. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to support growth across the MENA region. This remote role is ideal for candidates based in or near Dubai and requires up to 50% travel.

As a Sales Engineer, you'll serve as the technical advisor to prospective customers throughout the sales cycle. You'll demonstrate platform capabilities, complete security reviews and RFPs, design solutions that address compliance and fraud prevention needs, and act as a bridge between customer requirements and product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to identify fraud and compliance requirements for prospects
• Prepare and deliver customized technical demonstrations showcasing platform impact
• Engage with Security teams to articulate security posture and complete security assessments
• Respond to RFPs for competitive opportunities
• Develop comprehensive Solution Designs aligned to prospect needs
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering peers to refine team processes
• Work with product and engineering teams to inform roadmap priorities based on field insights

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar technical pre-sales roles
• Previous experience in the Risk, Fraud, or Compliance domain
• Hands-on experience with APIs and strong understanding of JSON
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java
• Bonus: knowledge of web development principles or ability to build internal tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical details into proposed solutions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment serving global clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the MENA region

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: AED 340,000 – AED 475,000 annually, plus equity and commission
