About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce client in the home textiles sector. They are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to independently manage creator partnerships, negotiate collaborations, and drive measurable results through Instagram marketing campaigns.

This is a fully remote position based in Germany, offering flexible working hours and direct impact on brand growth.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify creators whose content, audience, and engagement align with our client's product range and target demographic
• Lead outreach via email and direct messaging, respond to partnership inquiries, and maintain ongoing relationships with influencers and their management teams
• Negotiate partnership terms including pricing, deliverables, content requirements, and publishing timelines
• Coordinate product selection and shipment, prepare creative briefs, and monitor content delivery against agreed deadlines
• Document all partnership terms, maintain organized contact databases, and follow up on outstanding deliverables
• Collect campaign performance data and analyze ROI to inform future partnership decisions
• Nurture existing creator relationships and plan ongoing collaborations with high-performing partners

What We're Looking For

• Practical experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or partnership coordination, ideally within a brand or agency environment
• Strong familiarity with Instagram and an intuitive sense for which creators and content styles complement specific brand identities
• Confidence in initiating conversations, negotiating rates, and advocating for favorable terms
• Structured, reliable work approach with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous partnerships without losing track of agreements or deadlines
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and performance metrics to evaluate which collaborations deliver commercial value
• Experience in interior, home goods, or lifestyle sectors is advantageous
• German language proficiency required for this role
