Creator Acquisition Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS platform experiencing 13x year-over-year revenue growth. Our client connects companies with content creators for partnership campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletters, and other channels. They work with high-growth technology companies and are backed by top-tier venture investors.

We're seeking a Creator Acquisition Manager to own the daily pipeline of finding, vetting, and onboarding creators worldwide. This role reports to the Creator Growth Lead and works closely with campaign managers who depend on your pipeline to deliver results for clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily sourcing pipeline using tools like Clay and Apollo to build targeted creator lists
• Vet creators against campaign briefs for audience fit, content quality, and B2B delivery capability
• Conduct onboarding calls with high-value creators and guide them from signup to campaign-ready status
• Respond to same-day sourcing requests from campaign managers with qualified shortlists
• Build and improve automation workflows using AI tools to reduce manual work and increase judgment time
• Report on supply metrics including creator intake, activation rates, and pipeline gaps
• Source creators across multiple regions, languages, and content platforms simultaneously

What We're Looking For

• Previous outbound experience as a BDR, SDR, or in a growth/acquisition role with proven prospecting results
• Deep familiarity with the creator economy—whether through talent agency work, creator program management, or audience building
• Ability to identify strong B2B creators quickly and assess content quality at scale
• Proficiency with sales and automation tools (Clay, Apollo, Attio, or similar CRM/enrichment platforms)
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and curiosity about tools that automate repetitive tasks
• Strong communication skills for 15-minute onboarding calls that set clear expectations
• Ability to maintain quality standards while hitting volume targets
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment where ideas move from concept to testing within days

This is a hybrid role based in Berlin, with approximately three days per week in the office. The position offers equity participation, 21 days paid vacation plus local public holidays, latest Apple hardware, and regular team off-sites.

Pay
