Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential renewable energy organization in Berlin for an internship focused on integration and German language instruction. This is a 6-month full-time opportunity starting July or August 2026.

You will support a technical integration program that prepares international electricians from South America for installation work in Germany. Through a 6-week academy curriculum combining technical and language training, you will play a key role in helping skilled professionals transition successfully.

Your day-to-day work includes:

• Delivering German as a Foreign Language (DaF) instruction at A2/B1 levels
• Developing didactic materials, particularly for technical electrical vocabulary
• Selecting and implementing effective learning methods and tools
• Providing on-site support to South American participants at the training academy in Blankenfelde-Mahlow
• Contributing to the development and coordination of supplementary online language courses
• Conducting qualitative evaluations to assess training effectiveness
• Assisting with administrative processes

What We're Looking For

• Teaching experience in German as a Foreign Language and/or studies in linguistics or language sciences
• Spanish language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Cultural familiarity with South America is desirable
• High motivation and team spirit with genuine enjoyment working with people
• Strong communication skills and confident presence
• Solution-oriented, resilient, and able to work independently
• Excellent organizational talent
