Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a fast-growing SaaS organization seeking a Financial Systems Manager to join their Finance Operations team. This role goes well beyond traditional ERP administration—you'll be the strategic owner of the financial systems ecosystem, driving automation, integrations, and scalable solutions that enable the business to operate with precision and confidence.

Reporting to the VP of FP&A, you'll administer NetSuite, support billing platforms, manage middleware integrations, and ensure seamless data flow across systems. You'll lead full lifecycle implementations, partner with cross-functional teams including Accounting, RevOps, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, and Engineering, and proactively design intelligent, system-driven solutions that improve reliability and operational maturity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for NetSuite, including configuration, workflows, roles/permissions, and system governance
• Own relationships with finance technology vendors and implementation partners, managing prioritization, oversight, testing, and delivery
• Administer billing systems and maintain middleware integrations to ensure accurate, reliable data flow across platforms
• Lead the integration strategy across ERP, billing, CPQ, legal repositories, and other operational systems that impact Finance Operations
• Manage full lifecycle system implementations and integration projects for FinOps-owned initiatives
• Monitor data flows to identify and resolve system gaps, integration failures, and data-quality issues
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows, agents, and intelligent automation solutions within Finance using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
• Evaluate finance processes for automation opportunities and prioritize solutions based on business impact
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, RevOps, Sales Operations, and other stakeholders to redesign finance business processes
• Translate business requirements into practical data, systems, and automation solutions
• Maintain appropriate documentation, controls, and governance across the finance systems environment
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and control risks across finance workflows

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in financial systems, finance operations, or business systems roles
• Hands-on experience administering ERP platforms, with NetSuite strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of system integrations, system-to-system data flows, and data-quality controls
• Experience with integration and automation tools such as Workato or similar middleware
• Proven hands-on experience building AI-enabled workflows, agents, or intelligent automation solutions applied to real business processes
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and communicate findings clearly
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-moving environment
• Must have existing authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce, Zone Billing, Dealhub, or similar business systems
• Experience working in a SaaS or subscription-based business

Location: Strong preference for candidates located in Austin, Texas for a hybrid schedule (2 days per week in office).
