Senior Product Manager – Createspace, USA Based

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential edtech client seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product development for their content creation platform. This is a USA-based remote position with a high-impact mission: building tools that help educators and learners succeed.

You'll own the complete product lifecycle—from roadmap planning and user research through agile delivery and market launch—working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer teams to deliver solutions that users love.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and feature roadmap development for creator-focused products, balancing business viability, customer value, technical feasibility, and usability
• Conduct user empathy and discovery sessions with internal and external stakeholders to inform product decisions
• Translate organizational strategy and market requirements into detailed product specifications, use cases, workflows, and success criteria
• Manage the complete agile product development lifecycle from concept through release to end-of-life
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership teams to ensure delivery of release candidates that meet product requirements
• Develop and maintain a data-driven product backlog informed by customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market insights
• Conduct feasibility analysis, build business cases, and evaluate build/buy/partner decisions with ROI considerations
• Plan go-to-market strategies and represent thought leadership at industry events
• Drive product innovation and advocate for customer-centric product direction

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of software product management experience with demonstrated success delivering high-quality solutions to market
• Proven track record of achieving data-backed, measurable business outcomes
• Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional leadership abilities
• Expertise in product planning, market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning
• Experience creating product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritizing thin slices in an agile environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams on features, prioritization, and defects
• Strong communication skills across diverse teams and organizational levels
• Experience with go-to-market planning and product evangelism
• Acumen with artificial intelligence tools
• Customer empathy and curiosity-driven approach to product development

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $125,000–$150,000 USD annually. The client also offers equity grants, variable incentive compensation, wellness subsidies, tuition reimbursement, retirement planning, and comprehensive benefits.
