We are representing a confidential identity and access management organization seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in the USA. Our client serves enterprise organizations globally, delivering cloud-based security solutions that enable seamless digital experiences.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will serve as a named resource and trusted partner for customer organizations, building lasting relationships while acting as a technical resource for day-to-day operational needs. Your responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for major customer incidents, managing expectations and communications through resolution
- Analyzing customer data including support cases, survey responses, and renewal behaviors to identify technical trends and risks
- Acting as the voice of the customer internally to advocate for their needs and priorities
- Monitoring adoption and utilization trends, providing proactive recommendations based on risk assessment and customer requirements
- Delivering guidance on product features aligned with customer business objectives and use cases
- Traveling occasionally to customer sites and providing after-hours or weekend coverage as needed
- Contributing hands-on to customer success initiatives
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A minimum of 4 years of related experience in Customer Success or Customer Experience roles
- Experience in consulting and implementation of IT systems, preferably cloud services and/or identity management solutions
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn complex customer use cases and architectural requirements
- A naturally curious and proactive approach to uncovering adoption blockers and mitigating risks
- Hands-on experience with SFDC, Gainsight, or equivalent CRM systems
- Solid technical understanding of cloud solutions and enterprise architectures
