Customer Intelligence Solutions Lead – EMEA

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data analytics organization seeking a Customer Intelligence Solutions Lead for the EMEA region, based in London. Our client helps major institutions solve the persistent challenge of fragmented customer data—where the same individual appears multiple times across disconnected systems, relationships stay hidden, and the lack of context prevents organizations from delivering the customer experiences and commercial outcomes they're aiming for.

This role sits within the Product organization, where market insight shapes proposition strategy, roadmap priorities, and go-to-market execution. You'll own the Customer Intelligence solution across banking, insurance, and public sector clients throughout EMEA. You'll set regional direction, guide major client engagements as a trusted advisor, build the market voice through thought leadership and industry presence, and feed what you learn back into global product strategy.

This is a senior individual contributor position with significant autonomy and influence. You'll work across Product, Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and R&D—shaping everything from positioning and messaging to the technology partnerships that drive pipeline and scale.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Customer Intelligence proposition across EMEA—define positioning, messaging, target segments, and translate market feedback into product roadmap requirements that influence global strategy
• Serve as the regional subject matter expert on customer intelligence, guiding sales opportunities and advising client programs at some of the largest financial institutions and government agencies in the region
• Build market presence and thought leadership—publish insights, speak at industry events, brief analysts, and host client roundtables that shape thinking on both sides
• Partner with Marketing and Sales teams on campaigns, competitive analysis, market research, and the enablement materials that help commercial teams sell with confidence
• Develop the ecosystem with Alliances—build technology, data, and delivery partnerships that create differentiation, scale, and pipeline across EMEA
• Collaborate with Product, Solution Engineering, and R&D to keep the solution ahead of evolving market needs and competitor movements

What We're Looking For

• Deep expertise in customer intelligence, customer analytics, or data-driven marketing—ideally within banking or financial services
• Credibility with both practitioners and executives; you understand the data, the analytics, and how they translate into commercial results
• Strong communication skills—able to present, write, and engage senior stakeholder audiences; comfortable making complex ideas accessible and compelling
• Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution; you'll set direction and also build the business case, demo, or deck yourself when needed
• Genuine curiosity about technology; you'll invest time learning the platform properly so you can articulate what it does and where it's differentiated
• Sound judgment and collaborative mindset; you'll prioritize effectively across competing opportunities and bring colleagues, partners, and clients along with you
• Experience across multiple EMEA markets or additional language skills are welcome but not required
