Wir suchen im Auftrag unseres Mandanten einen Senior Accountant mit Schwerpunkt ERP und Digitalisierung (m/w/d) in Bielefeld. Unser Mandant ist ein international tätiges Familienunternehmen mit globaler Präsenz. Als spezialisierte Personalberatung begleiten wir Sie durch den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Modulverantwortung für Finance-Prozesse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 für verschiedene internationale Gesellschaften
- Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung von ERP-Prozessen, Schnittstellen und digitalen Finance-Lösungen
- Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen mit Fokus auf Rechnungswesen, Konsolidierung und Treasury
- Mitarbeit und Teilprojektverantwortung bei Finance-Transformation-Projekten, einschließlich Workflow-Einführung und Automatisierung
- Begleitung von Go-Lives, Rollouts und Weiterentwicklungen der Finance-IT-Landschaft
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance-Teams, Dynamics 365-Spezialisten und externen Beratungspartnern
- Aufnahme, Bewertung und Übersetzung von Finance-Anforderungen in technische Lösungen
Was wir suchen
Erforderliche Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. BWL, Finance, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Finanzbereich
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit fundiertem Verständnis für Finance-Prozesse, Buchungslogiken sowie Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Erste Erfahrung in Digitalisierungsprojekten und Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen sowie Systemen
Von Vorteil:
- Erfahrung mit Lucanet oder Serrala CM Pro
- Scrum-Kenntnisse bzw. agile Projekterfahrung
