Business Development Manager – AI Data Solutions (Paris)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global technology services organization seeking a Business Development Manager to join their AI data solutions team in Paris. This role focuses on developing new business relationships within their rapidly growing AI training data division, which serves prestigious technology companies worldwide by gathering, enriching, and processing data for machine learning across various AI domains.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients in target markets, understanding their business and technical needs
• Drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Generate and manage high-value business deals while ensuring customer success and satisfaction
• Draft and implement business plans, maintaining accurate forecasts and daily update reports
• Track and manage KPIs, providing internal and client-facing status reports and executive updates
• Coordinate production and technology teams across different time zones and cultures
• Manage stakeholder communication and own the overall financial health of assigned client engagements
• Attend tradeshows and support marketing efforts through case studies and social media contributions
• Propose and implement new innovative service offerings
• Assist in training and adoption of technologies and services for internal and client teams

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience
• Proven track record achieving sales targets within the AI industry
• Fluency in English and French; additional business-level languages are a plus
• Superior communication skills with ability to build and maintain strategic relationships
• Service-focused mindset with desire to exceed client expectations
• Ability to multitask and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Strong financial acumen and sound decision-making capabilities
• Experience working effectively in diverse, multicultural teams
• High level of integrity and personal accountability
