About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential language training organization with a global presence. Our talent team is searching for an experienced English Language Instructor to deliver corporate language training in Paris and the surrounding area. This freelance role begins in September 2026 and offers the chance to work with diverse professionals across multiple industries.
Responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans and deliver engaging language training sessions
- Develop supplementary course materials tailored to learners' specific needs
- Conduct language level assessments for new and existing learners
- Create custom language content aligned with corporate contexts
- Maintain high learner engagement and motivation throughout courses
- Monitor learner progress and provide ongoing performance evaluations
- Adapt teaching approaches to accommodate different cultural learning styles
- Participate in professional development and trainer advancement programs
What We're Looking For
- Native or native-level proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching English as a foreign language
- Strong understanding of corporate business environments (preferred)
- Proficiency in a second language (preferred)
- Ability to work freelance starting September 2026
- Based in or able to travel throughout Paris and nearby areas
