We are representing a confidential AI data solutions organization seeking a Business Development Manager in Paris. Our client is a global leader providing high-quality training data for machine learning and human-machine interaction to prestigious technology companies worldwide. Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients in target markets, understanding their business and technical needs in the AI domain
- Qualify opportunities and drive them from lead generation through to successful closure
- Manage the full sales cycle for high-value, profitable business deals
- Ensure ongoing customer success and satisfaction across your portfolio
- Draft and implement strategic business plans aligned with revenue targets
- Maintain accurate forecasts and provide regular updates through CRM systems
- Track and manage KPIs, delivering internal and client-facing status reports
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across different time zones and cultures
- Attend industry tradeshows and contribute to marketing initiatives
- Own the financial health of assigned client engagements and drive operational efficiencies
- Manage stakeholder communication and assist in technology adoption for client teams
- Propose innovative service offerings based on market insights
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably within the AI or technology sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in technical or data-driven industries
- Superior communication and presentation skills in French and English
- Strong ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into business solutions
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and building strategic client relationships
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasting
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Commitment to integrity, quality delivery, and exceeding client expectations
