Product Manager App & Digital Experience

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential wellness technology company in their search for a Product Manager – App & Digital Experience based in Berlin. Our client is a global leader in their sector, operating across 11 international offices with a commitment to innovation and customer-centric digital experiences.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the digital product strategy for a growing health division, leading the development of mobile and web experiences that support customers throughout their wellness journey. You'll work at the intersection of product, technology, design, and commerce to deliver engaging digital experiences that drive retention and customer value.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the end-to-end digital customer experience across mobile app, website, webshop, and connected digital touchpoints
• Define and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing features, UX improvements, personalization, educational content, and commerce capabilities that increase engagement and retention
• Optimize the complete digital customer journey from discovery and education through purchase, onboarding, engagement, and repeat purchase using analytics and experimentation
• Build and improve the digital commerce experience, working with cross-functional teams to optimize product discovery, merchandising, checkout flows, subscriptions, and webshop performance
• Develop robust product analytics and measurement frameworks, including KPI dashboards, A/B testing, and customer research to continuously enhance the digital ecosystem

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Digital Experience Manager, or E-commerce Product Manager in high-growth startups or scale-ups
• Experience in FemTech, HealthTech, wellness, subscription, DTC, or consumer technology is highly valued
• Demonstrated success owning and optimizing digital ecosystems including mobile apps, websites, and webshops with strong commercial results
• Strong expertise in digital product management, UX/UI, customer journeys, e-commerce optimization, mobile ecosystems, personalization, and product analytics
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills who can translate customer insights and business priorities into intuitive digital experiences
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities, comfortable aligning cross-functional teams and managing external partners
• Fluency in English required; German language skills are a plus
