Senior Fullstack Engineer (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential client in the EV charging and energy management sector, based in München. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will take ownership of core product areas and work across the entire technology stack.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Design, build, and ship features across backend, web, and mobile applications that serve operators and end users across Europe
• Own projects end-to-end from discovery and technical design through rollout and continuous improvement
• Make pragmatic technical decisions that balance customer impact with business objectives
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers throughout the development lifecycle
• Elevate engineering standards through code reviews, comprehensive documentation, and knowledge sharing
• Improve quality, reliability, performance, and security across the platform

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking candidates with:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping fullstack products
• Strong experience across frontend and backend development - the tech stack includes Kotlin, React, React Native, and AWS (equivalent JVM, TypeScript, and cloud experience is welcome)
• A product-oriented mindset: you stay close to users, make thoughtful trade-offs, and incorporate feedback into your work
• Strong commitment to engineering quality including testing, observability, maintainability, and user experience
• Comfort using AI tools daily to think, prototype, and solve problems
• Clear communication skills in English (German is a plus but not required)
• Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS, energy, or mobility sectors

This role requires on-site presence in München at least three days per week. The client values in-person collaboration and believes the best work happens when teams are together.
