Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential engineering consultancy seeking an experienced HVAC/MEP Engineer to join their team in Burghaun. In this role, you will:

• Lead assigned building projects from concept through handover, managing timelines and budgets throughout the lifecycle
• Develop innovative HVAC systems concepts and create comprehensive technical building services planning documentation
• Prepare and review all necessary project documentation, including detailed specifications and tender documents
• Maintain close communication with clients, specialist planners, and all project stakeholders
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure quality implementation
• Actively contribute to continuous quality improvement and quality assurance processes

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed degree in building services engineering, technical building equipment, HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary), or similar discipline; technicians and master craftspeople are also welcome
• Sound technical knowledge and strong interest in building services engineering
• Ideally, initial industry experience in HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary)
• Preferably experience with tendering and awarding engineering and construction contracts
• Familiarity with MS Office, CAD/BIM software, and AVA software is advantageous
• Team player who works independently, with a solution-oriented and committed approach
• German language proficiency required for this position
