As a Mortgage Loan Officer at Zillow, you'll be the trusted financial guide for homebuyers and refinancing clients throughout Pennsylvania. This full-time remote position puts you at the center of one of the most important financial decisions your clients will make, where your expertise in loan products, qualification criteria, and market conditions directly impacts their home ownership journey. You'll leverage Zillow's technology platform and resources to streamline the lending process, manage client relationships, and close loans efficiently from your remote workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate, process, and manage mortgage loans for homebuyers and refinancing customers across Pennsylvania
• Educate clients on available loan programs, interest rates, terms, and their financial obligations
• Assess borrower creditworthiness through financial analysis and verification of documentation
• Prepare loan applications, coordinate with underwriting and appraisal teams, and guide loans through closing
• Build and maintain a strong client pipeline through relationship management and marketing outreach
• Ensure compliance with federal and state lending regulations throughout the loan origination process
• Communicate proactively with clients, partners, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep transactions on track

What We're Looking For

• Valid Mortgage Loan Officer license for Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain)
• Proven experience originating residential mortgages
• Strong knowledge of loan programs, underwriting guidelines, and lending regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Proficiency with loan origination software and standard office technology
