Role Overview

As a Maintenance Technician I with Club Wyndham Panama City Beach, you'll perform essential maintenance and repair work that directly impacts guest satisfaction and property operations. This hands-on role combines technical problem-solving with customer service in a fast-paced resort setting, supporting both common areas and individual units throughout our Panama City Beach hospitality facility.

What You'll Do

• Execute routine and preventive maintenance tasks including HVAC system checks, plumbing repairs, and electrical work
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify issues before they escalate
• Maintain accurate logs of work completed and materials used
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of maintenance needs
• Follow safety protocols and comply with all applicable building codes and regulations

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar hands-on maintenance role
