Position Summary

As a Maintenance Technician I focused on projects, you'll play a vital role in keeping WorldMark Anaheim Resort running smoothly. You'll perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, working both independently and as part of our maintenance team to address the evolving needs of our resort environment. Your work ensures that all systems, equipment, and facilities meet our high standards for guest experience and operational safety.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on resort equipment, systems, and facilities
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner
• Execute project-based maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisors
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures when operating equipment and handling materials
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruption to guest services
• Report equipment failures and recommend necessary replacements or upgrades

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of maintenance practices and equipment operation
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with hand tools and power equipment
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license preferred
