US & MEX Portfolio Planner

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a US & Mexico Portfolio Planner to join their dedicated account team. This role drives strategic planning and optimization across multiple geographies, translating real estate data into actionable insights that support enterprise objectives. You'll partner with regional leaders and business stakeholders to develop portfolio strategies that align with long-term operational and financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze real estate portfolio data and develop strategies to achieve operational and financial objectives across US and Latin American markets
• Lead strategic analysis efforts, gathering and organizing quantitative and qualitative data to support client decision-making
• Synthesize complex information into clear summaries, reports, and presentations for stakeholder review
• Support annual planning, budget development, and portfolio optimization scenarios including consolidation, expansion, and site selection initiatives
• Facilitate meetings with regional real estate leaders and business stakeholders to obtain alignment and drive implementation
• Leverage AI tools to drive efficiency in data analysis while maintaining accountability for output accuracy
• Conduct scenario-based and comparative analyses related to portfolio decisions, incorporating real estate, labor, and risk considerations
• Maintain quality control processes across all deliverables and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver integrated solutions

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification required
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in portfolio strategy, planning, or consulting delivery
• Bilingual Spanish-English required
• Strong background in portfolio strategy and planning within commercial real estate
• Proficiency in finance and accounting concepts, with demonstrated financial modeling experience
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools; experience with BI platforms preferred
• Foundational knowledge of consulting methodologies, including problem framing, scoping, and evidence-based recommendations
• Ability to analyze large datasets, identify key information, and provide insightful recommendations with minimal direction
• Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Proactive, collaborative approach with attention to detail and data integrity
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Basic project planning skills including effort estimation and risk identification
