About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential data and technology organization in their search for a Senior Director, Demand Generation. This is a strategic leadership role focused on insurance vertical growth. You will build and scale acquisition programs, lead a team, and partner across analytics, product, and channel owners to drive measurable performance.
This is a remote position based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- New Channel & Lead Source Enablement: Evaluate and pilot new acquisition channels and platforms; design test-and-learn frameworks; build pilot plans with success criteria and scale recommendations; document and enable successful pilots for broader use.
- Channel Execution Support: Manage a large marketing portfolio across multiple channels; improve execution standards and best practices in optimization and testing; set budget allocation and pacing frameworks; standardize processes and operating rhythms.
- Analytics & Decision Support: Partner with analytics and decision science teams to improve targeting, segmentation, and lead scoring; optimize routing and bidding logic; translate funnel insights into actionable recommendations; manage demand forecasting and scenario planning.
- Experimentation & Learning Systems: Establish experimentation frameworks; partner with Product to test and improve marketing UX and conversion; ensure pilot insights are embedded into ongoing execution; prioritize growth investments using cross-channel insights.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles
- Proven experience managing vendor relationships
- Track record of launching and scaling new marketing channels
- Knowledge of the personal lines insurance industry and competitive landscape
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities
- Experience leading and managing direct reports
- Minor travel required
