Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) Sales Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy technology organization seeking a working student for their Sales Strategy & Operations team in Hamburg. In this role, you will:

• Conduct sales analyses and prepare insights for executive leadership
• Contribute independently to strategic and operational projects within the sales environment
• Create presentations, decision templates, and reports for sales leadership and management stakeholders
• Take ownership of sub-projects and drive them through to implementation
• Track measures, tasks, and decisions from relevant sales meetings in a structured manner
• Prepare and follow up on meetings, workshops, and management rounds with location managers and the sales team
• Support internal communication and organization, including sales onboardings, sales challenges, and company-wide sales initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a German university with availability of 15–20 hours per week
• Initial practical experience through internships or working student positions, ideally in management, sales, strategy, operations, marketing, or consulting
• Structured, independent, and forward-thinking work approach
• High degree of initiative and ability to develop solutions autonomously, even with unclear task definitions
• Strong organizational talent, hands-on mentality, and ability to maintain overview of parallel topics
• Analytical thinking and ability to prepare information clearly and tailored to the audience
• Proficient with MS Office or Google Suite, particularly PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets
• Professional communication skills with various stakeholders
• Interest in sales, performance management, and a dynamic, future-oriented industry
• Native-level German language skills
