Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Record and process financial transactions according to accounting standards and company procedures
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, investigating variances and discrepancies
• Support month-end and year-end close activities across global entities
• Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Coordinate with international offices to promote consistent accounting practices
• Prepare and file financial documentation to meet regulatory and audit requirements
• Assist with special accounting projects and analysis as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent field
• Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software and Excel
• Solid grasp of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to numerical accuracy
• Ability to prioritize work and meet established deadlines
• Professional written and verbal communication abilities
• Prior exposure to multi-entity or international accounting environments preferred
