About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential precision agriculture technology organization seeking a Sales Representative for agricultural software across multiple regions in Germany. Our client is a market leader in GPS, sensor systems, and digital farm management solutions serving farmers, contractors, and agricultural dealers.

This is a field-based role working from home office with travel throughout your assigned territories. You'll introduce cutting-edge farm management and GIS software to new customers while supporting existing clients in adopting advanced digital solutions for their operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for farmers, agricultural contractors, and equipment dealers
• Actively acquire new customers through outbound prospecting and needs-based consultative selling
• Conduct product demonstrations and close sales of digital farm management solutions
• Support customers during initial system implementation, including on-site application training
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing accounts and introduce additional digital capabilities
• Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to drive product development and rapid response
• Deliver product presentations at industry events and trade shows

What We're Looking For

• Enthusiasm for active sales and customer engagement with strong service orientation
• Genuine interest in modern agricultural software (farm management systems, GIS) and ability to inspire others about these technologies
• Professional education or degree in agriculture, agronomy, or technical fields preferred
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment dealer structures and familiarity with seed, crop protection, and fertilizer manufacturers
• Understanding of farming work cycles, agricultural machinery, and agronomic principles for application-specific consulting
• Independent, structured working style with proficiency in standard office software
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within assigned regions
• German language fluency required for this role
