Strong Middle/Senior Full Stack Developer (Java+Angular)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AdTech organization seeking a Strong Middle/Senior Full Stack Developer to join their enterprise platform team in Poland. Our client builds large-scale solutions that power digital advertising operations globally, managing complex campaign workflows, media processing, and third-party integrations at enterprise scale.

This is a hands-on technical role where you'll work on performance-critical systems handling the full advertising campaign lifecycle. You'll contribute to architecture decisions, build scalable features with Java and Angular, and help optimize platform reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack solutions using Java, Spring, and Angular
• Build and support complex business logic for campaign management workflows
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical solution design
• Develop reliable, maintainable, high-performance enterprise applications
• Improve system scalability, reliability, and overall platform performance
• Integrate with external advertising and media-related services
• Write clean, well-tested code following engineering best practices
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA engineers, and project managers
• Take ownership of technical challenges and proactively drive solutions forward
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and engineering standards

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Framework
• Strong practical experience with Angular
• Experience building scalable enterprise-level applications
• Experience with AWS cloud services
• Good understanding of software engineering principles and system design
• Experience working with REST APIs and integrations
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve technical challenges
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience writing maintainable and testable code
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

Valuable additions:

• AI-native development experience using tools such as Claude or Codex
• Experience with Jenkins and Terraform
• Experience working with complex enterprise platforms
• Background in AdTech, MarTech, or media-related domains
