Material Handler

VWR is hiring a Material Handler for a full-time position at our Devens, MA facility. In this essential role, you'll manage warehouse operations, handle inventory, and support our logistics team in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

We're looking for a dependable, safety-conscious Material Handler to join our Devens warehouse team. Your Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming materials and shipments with accuracy
• Store inventory according to warehouse standards and maintain location records
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure timely delivery
• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely
• Track inventory movements and maintain accurate system documentation
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily operational targets

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Comfort working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and conditions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and following procedures
• Reliable attendance and punctual work habits
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it is advantageous
• Prior warehouse or material handling experience is valued but not required for the right candidate
