We are representing a confidential digital agency that delivers integrated marketing solutions for notable clients across multiple industries. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Online Marketing Manager with deep expertise in paid media and cross-channel campaign management to join their Dresden office.

This role offers the opportunity to own client relationships, manage substantial media budgets, and lead performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and emerging platforms. You'll work in a collaborative environment alongside strategy, creative, and technology specialists on projects that demand both analytical rigor and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube), Meta Ads, and platforms like LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, or TikTok depending on client budgets
• Own tracking and conversion measurement implementation; build reporting dashboards that answer strategic questions and translate data into actionable recommendations
• Manage media budgets across channels, monitor pacing and forecasts, and justify budget allocation decisions with data-driven rationale
• Serve as strategic partner to clients in annual planning, budget discussions, and campaign troubleshooting
• Contribute to cross-media planning for campaigns extending beyond digital—including out-of-home, print, audio, and video—and recommend which media types support campaign objectives
• Request proposals, evaluate vendor offers, and negotiate rates with media houses and publishers
• Mentor team members and make technical knowledge accessible to strategy and creative colleagues

What We're Looking For

• Several years of hands-on experience managing digital campaigns, with independent proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads—from account setup through bidding strategies to troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager as operational tools: you can audit tracking setups, isolate errors, and collaborate effectively with developers
• Proven experience managing media budgets with the ability to justify allocation decisions
• Cross-channel thinking: you've contributed to media plans beyond digital and understand reach dynamics across media types
• Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency (pivot tables and advanced functions), plus comfort with analytics and reporting platforms
• Ability to lead client meetings independently and explain complex concepts clearly; fluent German and professional working English required
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Media Studies—or equivalent practical experience
