Project Manager for Enrollment Marketing, Texas McCombs

Utaustin seeks a Project Manager for Enrollment Marketing to join the Texas McCombs business school at UT MAIN CAMPUS. This full-time role will drive strategic initiatives that connect prospective students with our programs and campus community.

About This Position

The Project Manager for Enrollment Marketing serves as a key operational leader within Texas McCombs' enrollment marketing function. You'll coordinate cross-functional projects that support student recruitment, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure alignment between admissions, marketing, and academic stakeholders. This position directly influences how we communicate McCombs' value to future business leaders and shapes the student experience from first inquiry through enrollment.

Core Duties

• Plan and execute enrollment marketing projects from conception through launch and evaluation
• Coordinate between admissions, communications, and program teams to ensure cohesive messaging and timely delivery
• Maintain project documentation, track milestones, and manage stakeholder expectations across multiple initiatives
• Support development and deployment of recruitment materials, digital campaigns, and events
• Analyze project outcomes and recommend improvements to strengthen enrollment efforts
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external partners throughout project lifecycles

What You Bring

• Proven project management experience in marketing, education, admissions, or a related field
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities effectively
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to explain complex initiatives clearly
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications
• Understanding of higher education marketing and student recruitment preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
