About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Working Student IT to support internal technology operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a modern, cloud-first environment while pursuing your studies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level hardware and software support for employees across the organization
  • Support administration of Microsoft 365 environment and related productivity tools
  • Deliver internal IT support for business applications including Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and security tools
  • Assist with user onboarding and offboarding workflows, including account provisioning, access management, and device setup
  • Support hardware asset inventory management and tracking
  • Assist with implementation and operation of IT and security controls under guidance from senior security leadership
  • Contribute to documentation of IT processes, procedures, and internal guides
  • Participate in IT improvement and planning discussions
  • Help automate repetitive IT tasks using workflows, scripts, or tool integrations

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree in IT or related field, or comparable qualifications with relevant professional experience
  • Basic hands-on experience with Windows and macOS operating systems and end-user hardware
  • Strong interest in IT operations and modern SaaS environments
  • First exposure to Microsoft 365 administration is a plus
  • Interest in IT security topics and willingness to learn about security tools and best practices
  • Good problem-solving skills with a structured, reliable working style
  • Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical users
  • Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken)
  • Proactive mindset with strong willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of tasks
